手術(shù)中止血帶使用注意事項
Attention to the use of tourniquet during operation
1、使用止血帶前，認(rèn)真檢查有否漏氣，止血儀是否靈活實用，否則要及時更換；

2、按肢體及年齡，準(zhǔn)確選用止血帶（小、中、大號）；

3、無菌止血帶可由洗手護(hù)士在手術(shù)臺上協(xié)助主刀醫(yī)生捆扎，確保適宜的松緊度；

4、捆扎止血帶前先用紗布或無菌巾纏繞保護(hù)肢體，并使其鋪平，防止受力不均勻，而引起水泡或瘀血發(fā)生；

5、捆扎時松緊要適宜，以能容納一指為宜；

6、捆扎后要用紗布繃帶加固兩周，防止?jié)q開或脫滑；

7、嚴(yán)格掌握止血帶的使用時限，單肢體第1次使用不超過90min，第2次使用不超過60min，2次間隔為5～10min。

8、驅(qū)趕血液時，要均勻持續(xù)用力，驅(qū)血帶環(huán)繞重疊大于或等于1/3，且由肢體遠(yuǎn)端向近端逐漸驅(qū)趕血液至止血帶邊緣，充氣至所需KPA，以達(dá)到充分止血的目的。
